Los Angeles Times writer Daniel Miller and author/journalist Gil Asakawa track the history of sushi in L.A. in this 30 minute special. In a walkthrough on the streets and in restaurants of Little Tokyo, Gil and Daniel look at where sushi was first introduced to L.A and how far the food has come. I produced, shot, edited and produced motion graphics.
