2023 101 Best Restaurants in L.A.

The 101 Best Restaurants in L.A. is the Los Angeles Times flagship product every year. It single-handedly gets more viewership and subscriptions than any other annual product at the publication. It's a massive project that usually takes Bill Addison, with the help and support of many others, half the year to put together. For 2023's list, I went to a number of restaurants on the list to capture footage of their most photogenic items to be used as the header for the online list and to supplement social media content.
